Scott Baker, President of SL Baker Consulting, LLC, is a manufacturing expert specializing in lean coaching, interim management, and operational excellence. A certified Harada Method coach with advanced business degrees, he excels in driving innovation, fostering continuous improvement, and enhancing organizational performance. Fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, Scott is dedicated to delivering impactful results.

George Trachilis, P.Eng., is a global Lean consultant based in Canada. After a decade of implementing Lean at Motor Coach Industries, he founded his consulting firm in 2003, which became one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies. Now a team member of SL Baker, George leads the Remote Executive Coaching division while continuing as a dedicated Lean practitioner.

Tom Lawless, a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, is a results-driven leader with 25+ years of experience improving safety, quality, cost, and delivery. A retired Army Major and Bronze Star recipient, Tom is now part of SL Baker’s Lean Six Sigma certification division, combining his passion for training, process improvement, and change management.
